Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers within seconds.
What gets deleted
- DeletedAccount profile (email, name, age range, sleep concerns)
- DeletedSleep recordings, snore counts, breathing event data
- DeletedQuestionnaires and saved health goals
- DeletedWeekly briefing emails
- DeletedSubscription records and email preferences
- DeletedPush notification registration
What stays
- KeptPayment receipts — kept only as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years)
- KeptAudio recordings on your phone — never uploaded, so we can't delete them. Uninstall the app to remove.
⚠️ Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. You'll keep being charged until you cancel:
- Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions → SomniSense → Cancel
- Apple App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SomniSense → Cancel
Permanent. If you delete by mistake, just sign up again with the same email — fresh account, no recovery.
